29 Jun 06 - Two successful evenings (again!)

A big thank you to everyone who attended this successful event. Twenty four stallholders including beauticians, complimentary therapists, a personal trainer, clothing and jewellery boutiques provided a great opportunity to be pampered and indulge in some retail therapy.

The highlight of the evening however was headmaster Kevin Knights agreeing to have his legs waxed to raise further funds. Mr Knights’ painful procedure. raised £150 towards an evening total of £850.

As ever this evening was a great success providing a fantastic evening of food and entertainment for almost 300 people! The food as always was delicious and all freshly prepared by parents, grandparents and all willing helpers.

The waiting staff as ever did a great job as did all the other willing volunteers that work away behind the scenes to make this annual event such a triumph. The grand total raised this year was £3500… wow!
